Return and Refund Policy

Returns or Replacement
Our policy lasts 15 calendar days. If 15 days have gone after you received it, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or replacement.

To be eligible for a return or replacement, your item must be in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

-Original labels/tags/ seals remain intact
-Products have to remain SEALED (i.e., the seal is not broken, been tampered with, or altered) and in RESALABLE CONDITION (i.e., Product has NO sign of: use, wear and tear or any damage)
-The product is returned in a complete set/quantity.
-Serial numbers are intact
-The product hasn’t been installed and uninstalled (e.g. the thermal seal hasn’t been broken, or the product hasn’t been taken apart)


To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

If the return is caused by the consumer, consumer should be responsible for the shipping fee. The specific fee should be based on the express company you choose.

If due to our reasons, the goods received are damaged or not correct, and the consumer is not required to bear the shipping fee for this reason.



Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.

Late or missing refundsIf you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.

Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us via online chat.



Shipping
To return your product, you should contact us via online chat.

No-restocking to be charged to the consumers for the return of the product.  The shipping fee for returning a product will not be covered in the warranty.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.

If you are shipping an item over RM50 , you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

Events Beyond Reasonable ControlNeither party will be responsible for any delay or failure to comply with these terms if the delay or failure arises from any cause beyond their reasonable control (wars, natural disasters, extreme weather conditions, etc.).



No Waiver
We retain our rights to take action at any time in the event of failure to comply with these terms.


Changes
We reserve the right to update this document at any time without prior notification.
